This is the corner stone of a steam electric power station. Inadequate insulation of the turbine may cause rapid temperature changes in its shell causing great damage and high losses of heat capacity. This is after all why it is among the categories that require the most working hours per m² of insulation.

Extending the life time value of your investment

GES occupies a prominent position in the domestic market. Having designed and constructed the insulation (flue gas ducts and piping) and cladding (Absorber building, gypsum conveyor belt) for the desulphurization plant of the SEPP in Megalopolis in 1999 and having designed the desulphurization plant of the SEPP in Meliti, Florina in 2002, our company has significantly contributed to improving environmental conditions in two regions with particularly increased pollution.

LNG Terminals and storage tanks

Having recently completed the construction of the cryogenic insulation of two liquefied natural gas terminals at the installations of Hollandia B.V. in Rotterdam, Holland, which were eventually sent to southern Wales on behalf of South Hook LNG, GES has finalized its entry in this developing energy sector.
